Representatives of “Xi’an Free Trade Port Construction & Operation Co., Ltd.”, the official operator of China-Europe and China-Central Asia freight trains visiting Kazakhstan, held a meeting at the Port of Kuryk.
Sea-news.az reports that during the meeting, the parties discussed the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (Middle Corridor), increasing container transit volumes, and prospects for long-term cooperation.
Special attention was paid to enhancing freight efficiency, optimizing logistical processes, and expanding international cargo flows through the Caspian region. Representatives of “Kazakhstan Railways” JSC also attended the event.
The parties confirmed their interest in further strengthening cooperation and implementing new joint logistics projects.
