The passage of ships belonging to countries supporting US President Donald Trumps proposal to use Iran’s frozen funds without Tehran’s consent will be banned by the Iranian side through the Strait of Hormuz.
According to sea-news.az that Ebrahim Zolfiqari, an official of the Iranian army, stated this in a video message.
He noted that the passage of ships of all states and companies that will use Iran’s blocked assets by joining Trump’s initiative will strictly not be allowed through the Strait of Hormuz by the Iranian army.
To recall, on July 27, Donald Trump once again stated his intention to direct frozen Iranian funds in Western countries toward compensating for damages caused to shipping in the Strait of Hormuz without Tehran’s permission.
