“AZCON Holding” and “Amazon Web Services” (AWS) have launched a new stage of strategic cooperation aimed at the development of “cloud” technologies, artificial intelligence solutions, and digital transformation opportunities in Azerbaijan.
According to sea-news.az that the cooperation is being continued based on the agreement signed between the parties in February 2026. The new phase reaffirms the commitment of “AZCON Holding” and “AWS” to make a long-term contribution to Azerbaijan’s technological development.
This cooperation will make advanced “cloud” technologies more accessible to local enterprises and government agencies. Thus, organizations will be able to manage their data and critical workloads more flexibly, securely, and efficiently.
One of the directions of the cooperation is the application of modern hybrid architecture. This approach will ensure the seamless, secure, and regulatory-compliant integration of local data centers with “AWS” cloud resources.
Another important direction of joint activity is the development of artificial intelligence, data analytics, industrial solutions, and telecommunication systems.
Along with this, the cooperation will serve to develop knowledge and skills in “cloud” technologies in the country, as well as the wider application of modern technological solutions.
The expansion of cooperation with “AWS” is a continuation of “AZCON Holding”‘s contribution to strengthening Azerbaijan’s digital architecture. This partnership will create new opportunities for the promotion of innovations, the development of digital skills, and the strengthening of the national technology ecosystem.
It should be noted that this cooperation contributes to the realization of priorities defined within the framework of the “Action Plan for 2026–2028 on Accelerating Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan” regarding digital transformation, the application of “cloud” technologies, artificial intelligence, and the development of digital skills.
