Ramal Samadzade, an employee of the Strategic Development and Investment Projects Department at the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO), participated in an international seminar on “Customs Risk Management in Transport for Developing Countries,” held in Shanghai, China.
According to sea-news.az citing seanews.az, during the seminar, he visited several leading enterprises, including COSCO Shipping, one of China’s largest and the world’s leading shipping and logistics companies, as well as the Port of Shanghai, which is the world’s largest container port.
During these visits, he learned about advanced international practices in shipping, port management, logistics, digitalization, and customs risk management, gaining knowledge on modern approaches and practical solutions in these areas.
At the end of the seminar, Ramal Samadzade was presented with a certificate by the Minister of Finance of the People’s Republic of China.
