Oil transportation via the Atyrau–Samara trunk pipeline has resumed following a temporary interruption and is currently operating under normal conditions.
Sea-news.az reports citing the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan, that oil transit was restarted following a technical inspection of the infrastructure.
It may be recalled that oil intake along this route was temporarily halted on the morning of November 2 due to an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) strike targeting facilities at the Samara hub in Russia.
According to the ministry, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident. The situation remains under full oversight by the department.
