Pentagon Secretary Pete Hegseth has dismissed claims that U.S. troops are facing severe conditions aboard the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln as groundless.
Sea-news.az reports that the The Hill newspaper published this information.
The publication quoted Hegseth: “Reports regarding the situation on the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln are completely distorted… We are able to ensure that every ship, every crew member, and every captain has everything they need at any given moment.”
“Some operations take longer than others, and I am more grateful to these sailors than anyone else. What they are doing in harsh conditions on the open seas and in areas with fewer port entries is incredible,” Hegseth said.
