On accession to the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships’ Ballast Water and Sediments
Guiding itself by item 4 of part I of Article 95 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan resolves:
The Republic of Azerbaijan shall accede to the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships’ Ballast Water and Sediments, signed in London on February 13, 2004.
