According to sea-news.az that the 28th anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan is being celebrated. On this momentous occasion, the Chairman of the Court, Farhad Abdullayev, judges, and staff of the Secretariat visited the Alley of Honor. The visitors paid tribute to the memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and academician Zarifa Aliyeva, placing fresh flowers at their graves.
Following this, a jubilee event was held at the Constitutional Court. In his speech at the event, Chairman Farhad Abdullayev spoke about the institution’s activities over the past period, as well as the steps taken toward the development of constitutional justice and the protection of human rights in the country. The Chairman emphasized that the judicial-legal reforms implemented under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev have played a significant role in modernizing the system.
During the meeting, the expansion of the court’s international cooperation ties was also noted, and certificates of new professional ranks were presented to Secretariat employees who distinguished themselves through effective performance in the civil service.
At the conclusion of the event, a noteworthy innovation—the “AI-based digital Constitutional Court system”—was introduced. It was stated that this new digital platform will create broad opportunities for accelerating workflows, systematizing decisions, and conducting legal research more efficiently in the future.
