On July 10, during drone attacks carried out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian ships in the Sea of Azov, a vessel operated by Azerbaijani citizens was also struck.
According to sea-news.az citing Qafqazinfo and Medianews.az, that as a result of the drone attack, the bow and upper deck of the cargo ship “Turbo SM” were damaged, and its aft anchor was torn off.
The “Turbo SM” is a dry cargo vessel sailing under the flag of the Comoros; it was docked at the port of Azov at the time of the drone attack.
