Iran and the UAE are resuming trade cooperation via the Jebel Ali port.
According to sea-news.az citing the IRNA news agency, the Deputy for Trade Services at Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization has announced the resumption of trade relations with the UAE through the Jebel Ali port.
Jebel Ali is one of the most important ports in the southern Persian Gulf. Located in the UAE, the port serves as a key transit hub managing a large portion of the trade between this country and Iran.
Trade operations through the Jebel Ali port had been suspended as a result of military operations that began in the region on February 28 of this year.
