Aircraft Carrier Taken Out of Service

The United Kingdom’s Royal Navy aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales has experienced a technical malfunction while being deployed to the North Atlantic as part of NATO exercises.

According to sea-news.az a propeller shaft issue occurred during maneuvers. Due to the malfunction, the aircraft carrier entered the port of Stavanger in Norway and anchored there for repair works.

It was noted that the incident comes at a time when discussions are ongoing within British military circles regarding defense planning and military spending.

Repair and technical inspection work is currently underway on board the vessel.
