As part of the multinational joint exercise “EFES-2026” held in Türkiye, participating forces have successfully completed another set of operational tasks.
According to the Ministry of Defense, service members from participating countries conducted a naval-to-shore assault operation in line with the exercise scenario.
Using high-speed boats, assault groups approached simulated enemy positions along the coastline. Under intensive fire support, they landed ashore, overcame defensive fortifications, and neutralized opposition positions in a short period of time.
As a result of the operation, the coastline was fully secured, creating safe conditions for the landing of additional amphibious forces.
