The State Maritime and Port Agency will organize a meeting with long-distance captains and chief mechanics working at the management level of ship crews on April 23 at 11:00.
The goal is to ensure safety in maritime transport, comply with the requirements of existing legislation and international conventions, as well as discuss issues arising at the management level of ship crews.
