The European Union (EU) has imposed restrictive measures against 79 tankers, mainly carrying oil and methane, as part of the 15th sanctions package against Russia due to the conflict in Ukraine, Markus Lammert, Spokesperson for Internal Affairs, Democracy, Justice and Rule of Law at European Commission, stated at a press conference in Brussels, Report informs via TASS.
“Currently, 79 tankers are under sanctions. There are no Bulgarian tankers among them. These are mainly tankers carrying oil and methane,” he stated.
