The application deadline is the February 16th, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Baku local. Documents must be drawn up in Azerbaijani language, in 2 copies (original and copy) (in a foreign language tender offers must be translated into Azerbaijani). Envelopes submitted after this time will be returned unopened.
