During January-October of this year, the volume of metal and metal products transported through the Port of Baku increased by 55%

During the first 10 months of this year, more than 327,000 tons of metal and metal products were transported through the Port of Baku, which means a 55% increase compared to the same period last year. Metal and metal products brought to the Port of Baku mainly from Kazakhstan are delivered to Turkey and a number of European countries such as Italy, Germany, and Poland by transiting through Azerbaijan. Metal products brought to the Port of Baku by ship are unloaded in an operational form, promptly loaded on trucks and sent to the country of final destination.
