Key accountabilities and skills:

• Ability to develop the preliminary and final stage I&C, and design deliverables including contributing to P&IDs, Instrument List, Instrument specifications, Instrument Data Sheets etc.
• Assisting with the design of DCS, PLC, and SCADA-based process control systems
• Shall have knowledge of brownfield projects and experience process & utility systems, incl. Control Systems, Fire & Gas, and safety system
• Support the evaluation and enhancement of control system operations.
• Collaborating with client counterparts to develop control system concepts, architectures, and platforms
• Must be able to understand P&IDs and drawings from different disciplines
• Revise existing documentation and drawings as needed
• Support in preparation and review of design deliverables such as Cable routing drawings, Hook-up, Loop/Termination Drawings and layouts
• Support procurement of all instrument materials needed for project, Perform technical bid evaluations and review Supplier documentation and proposals
• Having working knowledge of IEC 61508 & IEC61511
• Functional Safety certification by TUV or EXIDA is strong advantage
• SPI (Smart Plant Instrumentation) user experience is desirable
• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills

Principal Telecom Engineer

Key accountabilities and skills:

• Must have experience in developing Specification/Technical Evaluation of Telecom systems like LAN-WAN Systems, Fiber Optic Cable Systems, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Public Address General Alarm Systems (PAGA), PABX, Hotline Systems, Wireless/Microwave/ TMR Radio Systems, Perimeter/Fence Intrusion Detection System – with a focus on safety, reliability, and quality
• Hands-on experience in Creating Block Diagram, Schematic Diagram, Cable Schedule, Equipment Schedule, datasheets, Interconnection, and Wiring diagram, Cabinet General Arrangement Diagram, MTO and layout drawings, etc. for oil and gas onshore and offshore installations
• Supporting the development of cable routing drawings, Telecom Installation drawings, the scope of works, and RFQs & Material Requests
• Review of telecommunications vendor documentation and interfacing between package vendors
• Awareness of National, International, and Oil company standards
• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills

Telecom Engineer

SR I&C Engineer

• Shall undertake the ownership for design and engineering deliverables required for the project
• Ability to develop the preliminary and final stage I&C, and design deliverables including contributing to P&IDs, Instrument List, Instrument specifications, Instrument Data Sheets etc
• Shall have knowledge of brownfield projects and experience process & utility systems, including Control Systems, Fire & Gas, and safety system
• Will review P&IDs and develop Instrument Index, philosophies, and datasheets
• Produce new documentation and drawings such as Cause & Effect, loop drawing both for process, Fire & Gas, and safety systems
• Revise existing documentation and drawings as needed
• Support in preparation and review of design deliverables such as Cable routing drawings, Hook-up, Loop/Termination Drawings and layouts
• Support procurement of all instrument materials needed for project, Perform technical bid evaluations and review Supplier documentation and proposals
• Discussions with Client and vendor representatives in order to find optimal technical solutions
• Collaborating with team members in the home office and other execution centres
• Sizing and selecting field instruments
• Having working knowledge of IEC 61508 & IEC61511
• Functional Safety certification by TUV or EXIDA is strong advantage

Key accountabilities:

• Under general direction, is accountable for the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within project controls and commercial delivery.
• Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members.
• Participates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures estimating, project risk control, cost control, and scheduling.
• Development of project specific Project / Programme Controls Execution Plan to achieve the contract requirements.
• Development of project specific processes and procedures and application of good practice.
• Ensure coordination within the Project / Programme Controls functions.
• Review and approval of all technical output, measures, metrics and recommendations from the Project Controls team.
• Review and oversight of appropriate checks to ensure all data used by the project is complete, suitable and accurate.
• Responsibility for completeness, suitability and accuracy of data used and presented in all reports.
• Provide regular status and progress reporting to clients, projects and management.
• Support CAPEX estimating and EPC schedule development as deliverables under FEED or earlier stages of the projects.

• Able to work within a defined role with limited supervision.
• Able to make decisions and solve problems related to the Project Controls discipline.

• Advanced MS Office tools (including BI, SharePoint)

Skills:

• Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent English
