Rotating Equipment Lead Engineer
Responsibilities:
Responsible for;Leading rotating equipment maintenance department responsibilities, engineer, and technician teamLeading commissioning activities of the new process plants.Leading producing standards, procedures, checklists etc. documentation according to international standardsLeading maintenance of equipment such astransformers, all compressor type (especially reciprocating), all type of pumps (especially API 610 pumps), turbines, mixers etc. repairing and overhauling the equipmentManaging rotating equipmentsub-contractors,Preparing maintenance budgetSupporting Turnaround departmentto managementParticipating and having active role in Operational excellence activities and Operational readiness activitiesPreparing the critical spare parts, tracking the spare part inventories, and ensuring the purchase of the spare partsWorking with the team and other department members to produce effective maintenance strategies Creating Comptency and Training Matrix for related diciplines
What we are looking for:
Mechanical bachelor’s degree from a reputable universityMin. 7 years of experience Deep knowledge about mechanical equipments like all compressor type (especially reciprocating), all type of pumps (especially API 610 pumps), turbines, mixers. EtcSAP PM, Microsoft Office Programs knowledgeMaintenance Planning and ProgrammingRCM, FMEA, SIL, HAZOP, MOC,PTW and RCA, troubleshooting failuresFamiliar with related API standardsAdvanced English
