Azerbaijani citizenship
University degree . Professional HR certification/ Diploma is an advantage (SHRM, CHRM, CIPD, etc.)
Over 3 years of experience in senior position at human resources field (preferably in oil, gas and marine industry)
A strong knowledge of MS Office package, business management tools (such as database software, CRM, SAP) is an additional advantage
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages, knowledge of Russian is an additional advantage
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Assist in development and implementation of personal policies and procedures
Compile employee hours, performance and payroll data from time sheets and other records
Arrange and assist annual performance evaluation (onshore and offshore personnel)
Act as a company focal point in medical insurance cases
Keeping up-to-date Human Resources labor documentation and relevant experience reflecting Azerbaijan Republic legislation.
