Job description:
Key accountabilities:
People First escalation point for technical support.
Co-ordinates the resolution of complex troubleshooting activities and provides deep domain technical instruction and guidance.
Provides subject-matter expert level coaching and mentoring.
Service Delivery Responsible for technical delivery of contract providing in-depth technical expertise.
Ensures the highest standards of safety, quality and operational excellence.
Identifies, introduces and promotes processes and tools to optimise efficiency.
Lifecycle Service Leads technical obsolescence planning and maintains the local lifecycle management
plan.
Engineering Solution Gatekeeper of SafeSoft procedure and practices, ensuring compliance.
Approver and final decision maker of technical matters including all site installation anomalies,
deviations to standard practices and non-standard implementation methods.
Education:
Degree in Engineering and project qualification. Bachelors/Master Degree

Functional Safety Management, Recommended Lifecycle Procedures &SIL Achievement
ABB 800xA Troubleshooting Core Systems
