Job Title: Construction Lead Engineer
Job description:
• Oversees construction operations, processes and technical services performed on site;
• Performs construction-related works in a timely manner, in accordance with the project work program and the established quality parameters and in a flawless manner;
• Oversees the performance of construction works in accordance with the plan and budget and based on the proper documentation and justification of deviations;
• Identifies the needs for materials, personnel and contractors and ensures their effective use, notifying Head of Technical Office Material of the same;
• Arranges engineering documentation required by the Engineering Department for the construction of facilities;
• Prepares a detailed work program in accordance with the specified work program;
• Keeps cost information in fully defined forms and submits it to Head of Technical Office;
• Examines designs and makes recommendations on topics that will impact construction works in terms of schedule and cost;
• Identifies hazards and occupational safety procedures associated with the site, samples, test methods and equipment used;
• Determines site location, access opportunities, and schedule requirements;
• Tackles issues, plans and manages changes;
• Manages subordinate staff in accordance with the manpower plan;
• Provides quality assurance in accordance with existing standards;
• Puts in place communication processes agreed between project parties, the client and other stakeholders;
• Keeps records of completed works and prepares daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports;
• Supervises the delivery of facilities and individual parts thereof on completed construction projects;
Education and career experience
• Higher education in civil/construction engineering;
• Minimum 10 years of general construction experience.
Skills and competencies
• Developed communication and management skills;
• Ability to make quick and correct decisions in inforeseen situations;
• Ability to solve and analyze a problem in a short timeframe;
• MS Office advanced user skills;

• Methodological and standard documents and other guidelines pertaining to the production and economic activity on site or at the facility;
• Management and technology of construction operations, estimate documents for construction projects, construction codes and standards;
• Technical conditions for performance and acceptance of civil and structural works;
• Safety, occupational health and fire protection codes and standards
