Job Title: QHSE Coordinator
Job Description
The QHSE Coordinator works as an integral member of NOV Rig Technologies Aftermarket Operations organisation as well being part of a busy and diverse global QHSE group. The QHSE Coordinator, Baku will develop, implement and monitor the Quality and Health, Safety & Environment Management System, providing support and guidance to the business at local level. You will show demonstrably high levels of competency and timeliness with written work and reporting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Ensure the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 are met in the Management Systems and improved upon as identified
- Ensure alignment with the Global and local Quality & HSE manual requirements
- Ensure consistently high health, safety, environmental and quality standards are applied and met across the facility by staff, visitors and third parties
- Actively participate in the development and management of the HSE and QA Management Systems
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Health, Safety & Environmental legislation, compliance and any other requirements that affect our industry
- Raise and process internal and customer complaints as required and determine and take the most appropriate action
- Complete online incident reporting and lead incident investigations as necessary and produce relevant statistic for managers
- Participate in standardised approach to scheduling, controlling and conducting Supplier & Internal Audits
- Advise management on risk within the facility and prepare/review assessments as required
- Ensure Risk Management, Management of Change (MOC) and Contingency process are correctly followed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualifications in Environmental & Quality related subject (essential)
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (essential)
- Auditor or lead auditor certification (essential)
- Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental and/or Quality related subject (desirable)
EXPERIENCE
- Working knowledge of Quality and HSE Management Systems (essential)
- Working knowledge of QHSE within a global business at corporate levels (essential)
- Understanding of Azeri legal requirements for QHSE (essential)
- 4 -6 years’ experience in a similar role (essential)
SKILLS, TRAINING AND SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE
- Computer literacy (Proficiency in MS applications and Adobe) (essential)
- Working knowledge of QHSE systems i.e. ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 (essential)
- Demonstrable experience in quality Auditing (essential)
- Excellent Written and Oral Communications in English and Azerbaijani (essential)
- IOSH Membership (desirable)
- CQI/ ASQ membership (or Equivalent) (desirable)
