Job Title: Project Manager
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure resources, facilities, systems , corporate support is provided to enable the project team to deliver.
Provide visible leadership and clear direction of project/ assignment objectives and targets
Ensure Roles and Responsibilities and Accountabilities are developed and understood for project team
Development of relationships with internal and external customers and organisations
Ensure adequate and appropriate delegation of authority in the team
Sound practice and experience of commercial and technical risk management
Excellent communications skills
Practitioner in Risk Management processes
Strong effective delegation skills
People management
Can demonstrate competency to APM Level B
Strong abilities in Motivation of a project team
Strong job focus
Required experience:
10 years’ experience in O&G contracting industry with knowledge of offshore engineering experience in a management position, of which 2 years in the management of complex multidiscipline O&G projects
