Position: Subsea Supervisor
Minimum 10 years related field experience. At least 5 years in equivalent or level down management role.
Degree qualified/High Qualification
Subsea Supervisor:
Duties include, project planning, prepare for SIT, liaise with engineering, supervise team, carry out pre job reviews.
Supervise safety of staff, liaise with customer on their requirements, and keep good communication with them.
Pre job inspection of equipment, liaise with drilling / production to ensure the smooth running of tasks, carry out onsite pre job briefs and preparations. Attend customer and internal meetings, conduct / supervise SIT and offshore Workscopes, prepare and review procedures, perform assessments, be at forefront of HSE making sure all work carried out is done to OneSubsea and customer standards, carry out work in professional manner and meet customer requirements within time frames, complete all required paperwork, post and prejob briefs, customer summary, daily reports, work together with internal operations sales, engineering coordinators and management to complete requirements of the project and customers.
Skills:
Mechanical, electrical knowledge good organizational and communication skills, self-motivation, ability to work with no supervision, equipment knowledge
Computer skills product knowledge HNC /HND or equivalent in mechanical / electrical field.
