Position: Subsea Project Coordinator

Minimum 15 years related field experience.  At least 5 years in equivalent or level down role.

Degree qualified: Degree qualified /relevant experience

SUBSEA PROJECT COORDINATOR:

Current Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordination of onshore Installation & Commissioning project activities;

Tracking of Project deliveries through to receipt at the onshore base

Creation of work order routings for onshore SRT works upon receipt of equipment

Demand planning for tooling maintenance (PPM / RGR) in collaboration with relevant Asset Management / Life of Field team

Ensure works are administrated correctly in SAP and document control procedures are adhered to

Ensure an accurate inventory of customer property is maintained (liaison with Plant P&IC department where relevant)

Ensure equipment ‘need by’ dates are met to support the operational schedule

Coordinate logistics for equipment loadouts and backloads

Drive the demand for goods & services;

Administrate quotations / MOC’s / VO’s for customer orders, in accordance with Contract terms

Raise purchase requisitions for goods & services

Liaise with the relevant Purchasing groups to expedite on-time delivery of ordered goods/services

Monitor I&C spares & consumables quantities and usage to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained

Administrate Installation & Commissioning data and equipment handovers into the Asset Management cycle;

Data recording for installed asset-base, in collaboration with Subsea Supervisor

Record critical operational data such as HSSE statistics, Critical-path/NPT hours, on-time delivery measurements and KPI data

Generate internal and external reporting in line with Services Execution Plan

Generate Gate I handover packages and conduct reviews with relevant LoF stakeholders

Ensure internal & external costs are received and correctly allocated, in collaboration with Project Controller

Generate invoicing certificates and assist POM with financial reporting & forecasting

 Assist with training and competence development of local subsea Project Coordinator Personnel as required  onshore .

Ensure Health, Safety, and Security & Environmental procedures are adhered to.

Operational data recording and reporting

Context:

Interfacing with; Project Operations Manager, Subsea Supervisor, Customer representatives, Project/Package Delivery Managers, Global Rental Tooling Manager, Plant Manager, Plant Scheduler, Life of Field Manager/Coordinator.

Extensive background in purchasing, supply chain, planning / scheduling, or similar Coordination role. Relevant degree qualification preferred but not essential.

Upstream Oil & Gas industry awareness and experience.

Excellent planning, organisational & administration skills.

Experience of working with ERP systems such as SAP.

Strong communication & inter-personal skills.

Highly computer literate.

The position within the Cameron organization requires not only an advanced technical understanding of our equipment, tooling and services but also comprehensive knowledge and strong training skills of the products in order to help advance train our local Azeri subsea project coordinator onshore on the extensive subsea equipment product range for the ACG & Shah – Deniz 2 subsea projects.

David succesfully trained our local subsea project coordinator personnel on Cameron subsea equipment products and services during his previous role in Baku from 2015 to 2020. His position will be back to back with the Project Operations Manager based in the Baku plant.

David has over 20 years of oil & gas industry experience and fully qualified and trained in all operational aspects of our wide design range of subsea products.
