On August 23, ASCO hosted an online training on “Business Ethics and Effective Communication”. The training was attended by heads of various structures and departments of ASCO.
The main goal of the training was to develop leadership skills and familiarize the participants with international experience in this area.
During the trainings, managers received information on methods of building correct and effective internal communication with employees. This program teaches training participants to choose the right communication channels in various situations, which, in turn, allows managers to create a constructive and positive atmosphere in the team.
In the course of the training, participants received useful information about the basics of communication of corporate values, the importance of the feedback, the use of the right tools of building effective communication for remote management, which is relevant in the current business environment in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic.
It should be noted that the training was conducted by an employee of the international company Develor, professional trainer Keith Parker, who carried out various business trainings for leaders of global companies in more than 40 countries around the world.
