10 yrs Oil and Gas Experience in Brownfield Engineering and Management
Demonstrable balance of industrial experience at relevant level and position
Previous Experience in a Lead or management position
Degree in Quality management or relevant discipline (desirable)
Membership of CQI or country specific Industry body (desirable)
Quality Auditor Qualification by recognised industry body (essential
Promotion of the WGPSN Core values throughout the Contract organisation.
Management of the contract quality team, ensuring they are aware of their roles, responsibilities, deliverables;
Active participation in the wider WGPSN quality network to improve consistency and delivery across WGPSN.
Management representative for all related quality matters.
Ensuring quality management commitments are implemented and maintained in all work.
Developing, implementing and periodically review of the contract quality plan with the WGPSN Management team to re-affirm its adequacy and effectiveness;
Acting as the nominated Management System representative in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 requirements; under global WGPSN Management System guidance;
Coordinating the delivery of the WGPSN management system (MS) arrangements, including the training, awareness, communication, application of continual improvement and compliance with current and new legislation;
Liaise with project management to ensure project Quality deliverables are maintained and are in line with project schedule requirements
Supervise and assist with the maintenance of Quality records including conducting a review and approval of vendor/subcontractor Quality documentation & bid evaluations
Supervise and conduct quality capability assessment of vendors/subcontractors as required
Developing and managing the WGPSN audit and review programme and provide support to any ongoing assurance activities
Drive the use of the WGPSN IMPact database throughout the contract;
Acting as the WGPSN IMPact Focal Point and promoting the timely and effective implementation of corrective action and preventive action in order to achieve continuous improvement
Using data from IMPact to target areas for improvement;
Monitoring work performance against agreed objectives, legislative standards, procedures, policies and standards and implementing improvements where necessary;
Coordinating WGPSN input into the global management system review
