President appoints two new Vice-Presidents to SOCAR

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued an order on appointment of Kanan Tahmaz Najafov and Zaur Aydin Gurbanov as the Vice-Presidents of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Report informs.
