Position name: Facilities Manager
Reports to: Deputy Development Director
Job requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor or Master degree
- 10-15 years of relevant experience of technical, operational experience within international development projects in oil and gas industry, early phase
- Experience from Joint Ventures and international standards
- Commercial mindset and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication-, and collaboration skills
- Proven leadership experience
- The ability to work in a multicultural environment and demonstrate respect for local norms and customs of behavior
- Act as a role model for our values, safety and security expectations
- Experience in driving change processes
- Proficiency in English
The main responsibilities tasks and deliveries are, but not limited to;
- Build and lead a high performance Integrated Engineering team.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team and deliver on field development with respect to design, construction, completion and commissioning according to management systems and international standard
- Lead studies measured towards international standards and targets
- Ensure goals and targets are met, documented and according to laws and regulations
- Ensure establishment and implementation procedures and systems, capture synergies, best practices and ensure lessons learned.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure performance, technical integrity and HSE assurance through all phases
- Take ownership of the complete value chain and promote business case optimization
- Proactively follow-up Contractor’s activities regarding HSE standards and quality of deliveries
