Job Title: Senior Technical Instructor
Purpose
Plan, execute and deliver professional and high quality training.
Accountabilities
- Carry out high quality training, in a global and uniform way, in our own premises or onshore/offshore according to customer needs and MHWirth’s current regulations and requirements
- Support development of high quality course material like time tables, frame schedules, instructor notes, etc
- Technical advisor for developing new courses and complete training packages
- Participate in technical and operational testing and evaluation of MHWirth equipment and systems and or specific training facilities as applicable
- When necessary provide technical support to MHWirth Projects, PFU rigs and ad-hoc services onshore and offshore according to MHWirth’s current regulations and requirements
- Perform commissioning and rig optimization activities
- Participate in overhaul and set-up test equipment in the workshop
- Adhere to MHWirth’s vision, values, strategies, policies, standards and procedures
and demonstrate this in his or her daily work - Manage own career and continuous personal and professional development in co-operation with Team Leader
- Actively sharing own knowledge and experience across the whole organization, and contribute to the overall success of your colleagues, work teams, departments, projects etc
- Promote a high level of customer care, cross-cultural awareness and up selling abilities
- Take personal responsibility for HSSE and Quality

Competence Requirements
- B.S Degree in Control System Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years technical job experience (may compensate for lack of education)
- Interest in data analytics and artificial intelligence
- Siemens Step 7, Drive ES, Starter and WinCCflexible knowledge
- ServiceLab and Cimplicity knowledge
- Experience in process engineering and drive technology
- Interest in training and highly developed teaching qualifications
- Good knowledge of internal procedures and concepts
- Knowledge of the oil industry and drilling operations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Analyze “Big Picture” to identify risk and implement corrective action
- Proficient in written and reading comprehension of English
- Ability to take initiative and be accountable for own decisions and actions
- Ability to focus on and bring to conclusion to multiple tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
