Work Position: Production Control Engineer PCS

Job Description

• For PCA (Piping Control Application):
  • Piping prefabrication process (request / review / import):
    • Isometrics list from Engineering Department
    • Bill of Materials
    • Line Lists
    • Welding maps (pdf files) joint by joint to validate Subcon’s mapping and electronic files
    • Welding production. Notify Subcons all mismatches found such as duplicated production (previously reported), joint not existing in DB because of isometrics revisions, etc.
    • Supports fabrication info and postions into the iso
    • NDT reports and their results in the system
    • Painting production (blasting, primed, final coat)
    • Release from shop and reception at site warehouse
    • Attend Subcons meeting to align production reporting
    • All TR / Client reporting to be prepared in this discipline
  • Piping Erection (request / review / import):
    • Spools installation
    • Welding production. Notify Subcons all mismatches found such as duplicated production (previously reported), joint not existing in DB because of isometrics revisions, etc.
    • Supports installation
    • Test packs follow up. Folders creation, walk downs monitoring, punches open/close, Client approval, testing, flushing, reinstatement
    • Heat Tracing and Insulation production
    • Attend Subcons meeting to align production reporting
    • All TR / Client reporting to be prepared in this discipline
• For Mechanical Equipments:
  • Monitor Equipments arrival and reception
  • Set up weekly workfront for installation
  • Follow up the installation process for big equipments such as furnaces, air coolers, tanks…
  • Release for piping connection
  • Final Alignment / Grouting
  • Monitor box-ups process
• For SCA (Structure Control Application):
  • Fabrication process (request / review / import):
    • Tekla model split into piecemarks
    • Follow up of Drawings (IFC and fabrication ones)
    • Raw material procurement and reception
    • Cutting / Welding / Painting / Galvanization production to monitor at piecemarks level
    • Release from shop and reception at site warehouse
    • Attend Subcons meeting to align production reporting
    • All TR / Client reporting to be prepared in this discipline
  • Installation process (request / review / import):
    • Monitor location ready / Shim plates
    • Structure preassembly and installation at piecemarks detail
    • Alignment and tightening of  all piecemarks
    • Monitoring the release for piping installation / trays. Dancing floors installation
    • Attend Subcons meeting to align production reporting
    • All TR / Client reporting to be prepared in this discipline
• For EICA (E&I Control Application):
  • Prepare list of elements to be monitored:
    • Engineering Cables lists
    • Trays material take offs
    • Electrical Equipments
    • Junction Boxes, local panels
    • Instruments
  • Monitor production of all those elements
    • Attend Subcons meeting to align production reporting
  • Control Motor Run process ( alignment, grouting, equipments connections, inspections tracking …)
  • Loop Testing follow up. Folder creation, Construction release, QC inspections done, Client approval, testing
  • All TR / Client reporting to be prepared in this discipline

Requirements:

– More than 7 years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering;

– Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Azerbaijani;

– The ability to use computerized technology;

– Knowledge of PCS, SCA, PCA, CSM2D, CSM3D, EICA y REPO;

– The experience and ability to perform and handle all duties in Job Description.
