Job Title: Maintenance Lead Engineer
QUALIFICATION and JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience in oil and gas industry preferably in refining or petrochemical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation) related works
- Working knowledge of trouble shooting, and work planning
- Experience in maintenance team managementin multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in occupational health and technical safety
- Technical drawing and some level of CAD knowledge
- Good command of MS Office programs and SAP PM
- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels

- Participating and having active role in Operational readiness activities
- Performing effective diagnosis of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment to maximize availability
- Planning and managing out the maintenance activities for shutdown (overhaul) periods
- Identifying the critical spare parts, tracking the spare part inventories, and ensuring the purchase of the spare parts
- Working with the team and other department members to produce effective maintenance strategies
- Making record and document all work carried out on all equipment on both paper and computer systems
- Involving in new machinery installation and commissioning processes
- Following and leading turnaround activities
