In 2020, the number of trucks passing through the Port of Baku was at a record level.
Last year, the number of heavy trucks (TIR) leaving the Port of Baku was 43,218, which is an increase of 28% compared to 2019. Of these trucks, 27,934 (65%) were sent to Baku-Turkmenbashi-Baku, and 15,284 (35%) to Baku-Kuryk-Baku.
