President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited today the Khojaly Massacre Memorial, erected for commemoration of Khojaly victims in Baku, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev put a wreath at the monument, commemorated the victims of the genocide.
