Job Description
• Review Punch items for completeness and correct categorization supported by Handover coordinator / System owner.
• Defining proper discipline and responsible person to each punch items.
• Master of Punch list container located on site for different Punch list activity.
• Make sure about closing of Punch items in Hard copy punch list or electronic evidence for future reference.
• Update the Punch items in HCS on daily basis.
• Printing the Master Punch list after walkthrough of subsystem.
• Distributes of reports and exchange of database exports.
• Notify newly punch items to all stake holders.
• Notify items deemed closed.
