President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has issued an order on conferring the highest military rank of colonel-general to Orkhan Sedyar oglu Sultanov, chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Service, APA reports.
APA reports that the order reads: “Chief of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan Orkhan Sedyar oglu Sultanov should be awarded the highest military rank of colonel-general. This order will come into force from the date of signing.”
