Work Position: Steel Structure Superintendent (Site)
Depending on: Site Manager
Job Description
– Responsible for supervising the corresponding construction subcontractors and the preparation of required information for an effective system of supervision control;
– Supervise the subcontractor at site;
– Supervise the erection of steel structure on site;
– Review the received material packing list and check the ability of erection;
– Supervise the steel structure site modifications due to revised drawings and fabrication defect;
– Check the extra work done by subcontractor and sign the time sheet;
– Check and solve the field construction technical query;
– Prepare daily and weekly erection status and all required reports;
– Prepare and follow up clearance of punch list.
