Work Position: Senior Designer
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Job description:
• To supervise execution of all below duties related to Piping Designing:
• Request to the group leader all the necessary information with sufficient advance
• Carry out studies and designs assigned to me by the group leader with the technical quality and productivity required
• Prepare critical line diagrams for their study of the flexibility analysis specialists at the beginning of the project, after consultation with the group leader
• Orient equipment nozzles that require it
• Comment on plans of other departments
• Comment on salespeople’s drawings
• Define dimensions, location and elevations of structures and required platforms
• Modeling all the components of the assigned area according to the areas of operation and maintenance
• Participate in the internal Smart Plant Review sessions and with the customer of the assigned area
• Resolve interferences or comments to the area of the assigned area
• Generate the isometrics for its revision and emission for construction
Requirements:
Undergraduate bachelor degree in engineering, architecture or a related discipline;
10+ years of experience with a large scale commercial contractor or equivalent industry experience;
Must demonstrate leadership skills, and be able to motivate any assigned personnel;
Written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, English;
The experience and ability to perform and handle all duties in Job Description.
