CPC Marine Terminal shipped over 4.5 million tons of oil to 44 tankers in August

In August 2020, 4 526 870 tons (35 863 571 barrels) of gross oil were shipped at the Marine Terminal of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium. In the indicated month, 44 tankers were shipped. Thus, in the first eight months of this year, 389 vessels were handled in Yuzhnaya Ozereevka.

Of the 4,526,870 tons of oil shipped in August 2020, 2,154,880 tons are oil from the Tengiz field, 827,406 tons are oil from the Karachaganak field, 1,132,906 tons are oil from the Kashagan field, as well as 9,954 tons of oil from other Kazakhstani producers.In total, Kazakhstani shippers shipped 4,125,146 tons of oil in August, another 401,724 tons of shipped oil came from the territory of Russia. The shipment schedule for August is fully completed.From 2001 to August 31, 2020 inclusive, 686,109,681 tonnes of net oil were supplied to world markets through the Tengiz-Novorossiysk oil pipeline system. Of these, 598,583,508 tons are oil from Kazakhstan and 87,526,173 tons of oil produced in Russia. The total number of tankers handled during this period was 6,464 vessels.
