Minimum 10 years related field experience. To be able to fulfill this position it is usual that the individual has 10 years experience working with a recognized industry leading Waste Management company. At least 5 of those years should have been spent in a supervisory role, ideally on a Cuttings Re-Injection installation.
Education: Trade Qualification backed up by company specific training courses to complement the individual’s skills. This is necessary due to the nature of the work involved and cannot be compared to any positions in an onshore environment.
CRI Project Engineer / MI Segment:
Manage the delivery of waste management services with respect to people, equipment & processes ensuring operational integrity is maintained at all times without interference with Client operations in terms of HSE, efficiency and cost. Give assurance that the clients injection wells are in compliance with guidelines and no unexpected failures occur. Drive the implementation of Client initiatives (Tech limits, Cost tracking, Logistics, QHSE, etc). Manage Non Compliance Reporting process providing Client with required feedback until NCR’s are closed and transferred to lessons learned when applicable. Prepare and process the approval of Supplier Performance Management scorecards/reports, etc.Skills:

Supervise the preparation of all technical material (Planned Well Programs, Recaps, studies, new systems proposals etc…). Assure that material meets customer requirements and technical recommendations for customers to improve performance & reduce cost are provided. Supervise generations of Incentive Proposals, Technical Comparisons (in co-ordination with the TM), Field Studies, Analytical Studies complete with recommendations and conclusions. Review carefully & Approve programs, recaps and other documents prepared by the Lead Engineers. Communicate with M-I SWACO entities worldwide to bring required technical support & technology transfer to the country as needed. Organize presentations, seminars etc… as needed to serve that purpose.
