ASMA students completing the fourth year of study received a Bachelor’s Degree

Students of ASMA of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) who completed the fourth year of study received a Bachelor’s degree in accordance with the protocols of the Final State Attestation Commission.

62 full-time students and 7 students of correspondence department and those who received a second higher education in the specialty “Sea Navigation Engineering”, as well as 35 full-time students of the “Ship Building and Ship Repair” specialty were awarded the title of graduate.

56 full-time students, 5 students of correspondence departments and those who received a second higher education in the specialty “Operation Engineering of Ship Power Plants”, as well as 43 students of the “Electrical Engineering” specialty and 18 students of the “Process Automation” specialty received a Bachelor’s degree.

7 students of the Academy with overall average performance between 91-100 points received diplomas with distinction.

Bachelor’s degree diploma will also be issued to 68 students who were not admitted to the state exam last year, could not pass it or did not participate in the exam for any reason. They have paid of all their academic debt.
It should be noted that bachelors who received their diplomas this year did not take part in the Final State Attestation Exam.

For preventing the negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the learning process in educational institutions, in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers and the recommendations of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, students at the bachelor’s level who have fulfilled all the conditions of the curriculum are considered to have passed the final certification. This decision also applies to students who did not pass the state exam in previous years.
