On the eve of December 31 – International Solidarity Day of Azerbaijanis and the New Year, representatives of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping CJSC (ASCO) visited villages inhabited by families of refugees and internally displaced persons that are under the auspices of the Company.
As always, sailors handed out holiday gifts, consisting of necessary food products, to 779 families of refugees and internally displaced persons – 3350 people in total, from Khojaly, Kelbejar, Lachin, Agdam and Shusha temporarily residing in the Goranboy region.
People who received holiday gifts expressed their gratitude to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the leadership of ASCO for their concern and conveyed their holiday wishes.
