Trend:The Trans-Caspian International Transport Route’s Association will open a representative office in Istanbul, President of Kazakhstan Railways Kanat Alpysbayev said Nov. 15 at a meeting in Baku.
He noted that this issue has been also included in the agenda of the meeting.
