A solemn ceremony has today started at the Baku International Sea Trade Port on the occasion of the opening of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) railway.
Report informs, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, First lady Mehriban Aliyeva, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his spouse Emine Erdoğan, Kazakh Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Georgian Prime Minister Georgy Kvirikashvili, Uzbek Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov, also, delegations from Tajikistan and Turkmenistan are attending the ceremony.
President Ilham Aliyev is making a speech at the ceremony.
