Development of its human resources and professional development of its staff has always been a priority for the Port of Baku. With this in mind employees of the Port of Baku continuously take part in seminars and trainings, study trips and exchanges organized both in Azerbaijan and abroad.
One of these trips was organized to Port of Trieste of Italy and Port of Koper of Slovenia on 5-10 June. Port of Baku delegation consisting of 4 colleagues visited various terminals, got acquainted with planning operations, workforce, CT operations, PR and marketing management of the abovementioned ports.
They also had a meeting and discussion with large logistics and operations company of Slovenia and Italy.
