Sea-news.az reports that the meeting featured the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement outlining key directions for the development of the new ‘Caspian Bridge’ (‘Super Ferry’) Trans-Caspian ferry system, alongside a term sheet establishing the core principles for constructing an intermodal cargo terminal within the Baku International Sea Trade Port.
At the same time, during the meeting, experience was exchanged in the field of corporate governance and coordination between portfolio companies, and cooperation opportunities on the Middle Corridor, dredging works, and marine infrastructure projects were discussed.
