Unmanned surface vessels belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have attacked the city of Yalta.
Sea-news.az reports that local authorities have announced the start of an evacuation process along the central coast of the resort city in Crimea.
Residents have been advised to move away from open spaces and take shelter in shelters.
According to preliminary information, the Ukrainian side attempted to target the city with “Sea Baby 2” modified unmanned vessels.
The struck watercraft was neutralized and washed ashore along the coastal strip in the Primorsky Park area.
It is noted that appropriate work has currently begun to de-mine the unmanned vessel brought ashore.
