Position: Caspian Sales Manager Wireline Services
Role Summary:
The Caspian Sales Manager for Wireline Services is responsible for all the Business Development and Sales functions associated with Wireline Services in the Caspian Geomarket. Reporting to the Region Product Line Director, the role will require frequent travel throughout the Geomarket in the support of new and existing opportunities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
- Collaborate with sales/commercial teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)
- Drive profitable expansion within the Geomarket seeking out new opportunities in new and existing markets
- Ensure that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed
- Oversee the sales group and ensure full compliance with contractual requirements and Deal Machine implementation
- Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within product line
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience with a strong Wireline background
- Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization
- Proven ability to effectively influence and establish credibility with senior leaders
Desired Characteristics:
- Preferred prior experience includes roles such as: Sales / Account Manager, Field Engineer, Wireline Operations Manager
