State Maritime Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan will extend identity documents and certificates of Azerbaijani sailors working abroad, the press service of State Maritime Agency told APA.
The Agency has already sent a request to International Maritime Organization, Azerbaijani sailors, ship owners, shipping companies, the organizations implementing State port control and flag control, agencies staffing ships and other relevant persons regarding plans to prevent complications on providing essential services related to the new coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
