President Ilham Aliyev has made amendments to the list of state enterprises, economic societies with state shares, and public legal entities to be transferred to the management of the Azerbaijan Transport and Communication Holding (AZCON), approved by the decree dated November 7, 2024.
Sea-news.az reports the head of state signed a new decree in this regard.
Under the decree, “Paramilitary Security Guard Department” LLC, belonging to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, has been added to the list of entities to be transferred to AZCON’s management.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to resolve issues arising from the decree.
